Rupesh has been a natural history lover since childhood. Born and brought up in South Bombay (Mumbai), his fascination began during school days. He pursued professional study in ornithology through the Bombay Natural History Society and also assisted field surveys and research across Western and Central India under the Bustard programme for the Wildlife Institute of India.
With over 20 years of experience in the Western Himalayas, he brings a rare depth of field observation to every journey. His interests also include angling, butterfly spotting, architectural study, geology, botany, cinema, music and documentaries.

Born and brought up in the Himalayas, Raj is truly a son of the soil. He is a keen wildlife enthusiast and an expert in water sports and adventure travel across the Himalayan region. With over 25 years of field experience, he is the go-to person for handling complex wildlife expeditions.
Raj has worked with well-known broadcasting professionals such as Jeremy Wade, Jakub Wagner and Dome Gabor. He is also closely familiar with the Terai and Bhabhar regions of North India and Nepal, making him an invaluable leader in the field.

Born and brought up in the Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand, Kiran has travelled the length and breadth of the remote Himalayas while executing expeditions for renowned Indian travel companies. He is currently pursuing his study of ornithology and is an especially keen birder of the Terai region in the Himalayan landscape.
Kiran oversees many of our services in this region, home to some of India’s biggest tiger reserves. He is also a certified travel officer under the Uttarakhand Tourism and Incredible India programme.
